Conventional NDT services across India by A-Star Testing — Visual Testing (VT), Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), and Radiographic Testing (RT). These five code-accepted methods cover the routine inspection workload across Indian oil & gas refineries, petrochemical plants, marine and offshore facilities, power generation sites, and heavy fabrication shops. Our personnel are ASNT Level II / Level III and ISO 9712 certified, with NABL-accredited reporting available on request. We mobilise nationwide from Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Vishakhapatnam, Kochi, Ahmedabad, and Jamnagar — standard mobilisation in 5 working days, urgent in 48 hours. Inspection campaigns are sized from single-weld verifications through full-shutdown packages with embedded crews and dedicated supervisors. All conventional NDT is delivered against ASME Section V, API 1104, AWS D1.1, IS 7318, and client-specific procedures, with audit-grade reports accepted by PESO, OISD, BIS, and the major class societies (ABS, DNV, LR, BV, ClassNK, IRS).
